In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring customer service.
Your tasks - Creating quotations, order confirmations and invoices
- Organizing and monitoring deliveries
- Conducting sales talks and negotiations
- Concluding contracts with customers for individual orders and framework agreements
- Customer care
- Ensuring seamless customer and supplier support.
Your profile - Commercial training with technical understanding
- Specialist knowledge in the field of hose technology is an advantage
- High customer, service and solution orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
- Good IT skills, SAP desirable
- Networked and entrepreneurial thinking, reliability, trustworthiness, independence and a fast working style
