In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring customer service.

Your tasks

• Creating quotations, order confirmations and invoices
• Organizing and monitoring deliveries
• Conducting sales talks and negotiations
• Concluding contracts with customers for individual orders and framework agreements
• Customer care
• Ensuring seamless customer and supplier support.

Your profile

• Commercial training with technical understanding
• Specialist knowledge in the field of hose technology is an advantage
• High customer, service and solution orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French an advantage
• Good IT skills, SAP desirable
• Networked and entrepreneurial thinking, reliability, trustworthiness, independence and a fast working style
