Tasks: - Customer service in Germany and Europe.
- Support of the sales force.
- Lead management.
- Quotation preparation and contract administration.
- Cooperation with other departments.
- Trade fair appearances and events to represent Rotima.
Requirements: - Completed commercial training or university degree (career changers welcome).
- Initial experience with CRM/ERP systems (ideally SAP B1).
- Affinity for technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to change.
- Very good knowledge of German and English (English at least B2).
